Healthy buns

The buns survived the vet! We borrowed Chloe's cat carrier (I don't think she missed it) and the buns squeezed in it together. It was a little snug, but I figured since it's 26 degrees outside today, they might appreciate the body warmth! Patch was the brave one came out of the carrier on his own. I had to pull Pumpkin out, and then she sat in my lap shaking with fear while Patch explored the exam room. There was a cat in the back room that was making some awful noises (not sure what they were doing to him!), so Patch thumped at it. He was very brave:)

The vet said both are very healthy so hopefully we won't have to return till next year! They are home now, showing their disapproval, and snuggling in their cage. Don't worry little buns, you have lots of Craisins in your future so you will forgive Mama:)

Yay for healthy bunnies! That's too funny that Patch thumped at the kitty. Tidbit used to thump at my cat, but that was HER cat and she felt it was her right to boss him around. I can't imagine a bunny thumping at a strange kitty!
