Happy to be alive...

I am never getting on an airplane again.

We landed last night in wind gusts of up to 30 mph. I have never been so scared in my life! The plane was shaking back and forth and up and down. I've never been in such bad turbulence. The pilot tried to land the plane, but couldn't because of cross wind and had to circle around again. Everyone around us was throwing up. It was so disgusting; I felt sick so my stomach and so did A. My entire body was shaking I was so scared.

When he finally put the plane down we all started clapping, more out of joy than anything. As I was walking off the plane, the pilot was standing at the door. I wanted to hug him for saving us all and then slap him across the face for putting me through that. Instead, I looked at him and said, "Well that was fun." He smiled and laughed.

The trip was fun, I'll write more later. All the kids are fine and happy to see us. I'm going to pick up Henry from camp on my lunch break.
